A visit to Franz Kraler luxury store is a shopping experience that turns into a true sensorial and artistic event.
The “Castle” is the former annex of the guesthouse of the famous Grand Hotel Dobbiaco and the summer residence of Emperor Franz Joseph. The men's, women's and children's collections have been laid out on three floors, with the utmost attention given to customer’s well-being.
Behind the forty-one brightly lit showcase windows, illuminated even at night with low-energy consumption-colored LEDs, visitors can enjoy shopping in a welcoming environment: this includes the privée with a fireplace and annexed tea-room and the nursery space containing stuffed animals, a 3-D screen for animated movies, and toy cars. Additionally, the store has a bar with the stube (Tyrolean wood stove) always on. They also provide an area specifically designed for persons with disabilities. Garments range from slight-cashmere or fresh-linen kimono in winter or summer available in the changing rooms together with logo slippers. At the grand welcoming terrace there is even room for pets and a water bowl reserved to them. Smokers are invited to use retractable ashtrays inserted in the wrought-iron railings.
