Franz Kraler multibrand store in Dobbiaco: via Dolomiti, 46

A visit to Franz Kraler luxury store is a shopping experience that turns into a true sensorial and artistic event.

The “Castle” is the former annex of the guesthouse of the famous Grand Hotel Dobbiaco and the summer residence of Emperor Franz Joseph. The men's, women's and children's collections have been laid out on three floors, with the utmost attention given to customer’s well-being.

Behind the forty-one brightly lit showcase windows, illuminated even at night with low-energy consumption-colored LEDs, visitors can enjoy shopping in a welcoming environment: this includes the privée with a fireplace and annexed tea-room and the nursery space containing stuffed animals, a 3-D screen for animated movies, and toy cars. Additionally, the store has a bar with the stube (Tyrolean wood stove) always on. They also provide an area specifically designed for persons with disabilities. Garments range from slight-cashmere or fresh-linen kimono in winter or summer available in the changing rooms together with logo slippers. At the grand welcoming terrace there is even room for pets and a water bowl reserved to them. Smokers are invited to use retractable ashtrays inserted in the wrought-iron railings.

Fashion can be felt throughout the territory and is always looking to the future. In a building adjacent to the Castle, two underground floors, perfectly hidden, capture the sunlight through a long window and a wall decorated in gold leaf. This represents the preciousness of what the Kralers keep in their romantic alcove. The architectural composition confirms Franz and Daniela's genius in decoding the sphere of fashion and art in a broad sense, expanding the concept of the shopping experience even outside of the boutique.

Eco-compatibility becomes a vital necessity, adapting energy-saving systems such as cutting-edge insulators and structures made with typical local materials. The result is a stunning and unexpected contemporary place, the gravitational center of a unique world, permeated by the desire to combine ideas, art, and trends. This is a site striving to be an exclusive stage for fashion shows, cultural events, exhibitions, cooking-shows and design events.

FRANZ KRALER IN CORTINA: K PERSPECTIVE

Corso Italia in Cortina is undoubtedly the reference point of the Italian VIP scene: for this reason, the dream was to stitch-up the urban fabric with a series of stores offering the customers a journey; a shopping experience reaching beyond the basic purchase.

The search was on for a story of care and attention to the customer in the name of professionalism, sentiment, tradition, and a sense of belonging. All this to be achieved by restructuring relatively new buildings, giving them a unique high-level character and a soul. This would offer the perfect scenery for the most important Maisons in the world.

At 111 Corso Italia, in the first basement of the women's department store, there is a boutique dedicated to men's fashion, with brands such as Loro Piana and Cucinelli, but also Gucci, Saint Laurent, Valentino - brands that have already found an answer to the Kralers' need to emphasise luxury in the architectural structure of the women's store. Respecting the already existing and optimally executed interiors and following a strategy of continuity rather than rupture,

the Kraler family has created an exquisite studio with small lounges, side tables and comfortable armchairs, as well as an outdoor area for conversation and relaxation. A complete shopping experience that is not just about clothes, but follows a wide-ranging concept. Franz and Daniela's in-depth knowledge of the rules of luxury and the needs of customers make the essence of beauty and glamour tangible.

Seven windows in the most central and prestigious position of the shopping street par excellence.

Classicism and avant-garde, clean shapes and precious materials are the trump card of the multibrand dedicated to the children's collections of the most prestigious fashion brands.

The environment develops in a sophisticated balance between retro elements and hi-tech technologies: the heating is a microwave system with natural ventilation;

luminous glass shelves enhance the materials such as natural oak wood, lacquered pine and leather.

The central pillar has been recovered, as well as several furnishing accessories, each with its own history that, although decontextualized, maintain a strong identity. A concept dedicated to children's fashion that transmits Franz Kraler's values and philosophy: quality and attention to detail, refined and elegant style in a modern fairy tale setting.

Franz Kraler Bolzano via Della Mostra 1

Glamour, luxury and the art of hospitality in the beating heart of Bolzano: Palais Campofranco will host the new boutique of the cosmopolitan brand Franz Kraler, which will bring the luxury signed by the great international fashion brands to the city. The challenge launched by the Kraler family to the world of luxury continues in the city's capital with a store covering 150 square meters, housed on the ground floor of the celebrated 18th century building. (original structure dating back to 1300) that belonged to the Habsburgs of Lorraine and is now owned by Count Georg von Kuenburg.

A bond that the Kralers continue to cultivate with the tradition and history of the area after the redevelopment of Emperor Franz Joseph's stables in Dobbiaco, home of the "fashion castle" and their headquarters. That refined atmosphere that stems from the rare and innate flair for beauty that has always distinguished the Kraler family now lives again among the buildings in the centre.
