The images, photos and videos are collected and used only by Franz Kraler through specially authorised persons (professional photographers and professional webmasters) and are not further communicated or transferred to third parties: the computer security of the images is ensured, so that they cannot be downloaded via the web from the site and/or from the social network or social media. The digital files are stored at Franz Kraler’s premises and transferred electronically to the Company's server for safekeeping, for a period of 6 years and then deleted, thus ceasing any related processing. Consent to the collection and publication of your image during fashion events is always informed and free; In any case, there is no obligation to allow the publication of one's own image; On the other hand, failure to provide such data makes it impossible to provide the service.
