How can I create an account?

To create an account simply click on the Personal Aea icon in the upper right corner. A new window will open, click on the Create Account heading, enter all the required information and finally click on Create Account at the end of the tab. You can also register and log in quickly via Facebook or Google.


How do I delete my account?

In order to delete your account you will have to contact us via appropriate form in the Contact us section.


I forgot my account password. What can I do?

In the Personal Area section, click on "Forgot Password?", a new window will open, enter the e-mail with which you registered and follow the instructions that you will receive via e-mail.


How can I get a preview of your promotions?

To gain early access to our promotions, to receive special discounts and news about the Franz Kraler world, simply subscribe to our Newsletter. You can complete the subscription via pop-up that will be visible by navigating the site, by entering the email in the dedicated section in the Home Page or by accepting the use of personal data for marketing purposes when creating your account.


How can I unsubscribe from your Newsletter?

You can unsubscribe by clicking on the dedicated option at the bottom of the newsletter. Unsubscription is immediate. You can unsubscribe by contacting customer care through the form in the Contact Us section or by contacting us by phone at 800959373 from Italy, or at +39 0474972328 from abroad.


Is it necessary to have an account to place an order?

You don't need to have an account to place an order.


How do I use a promo code?

If you have a promo code simply enter it in the cart in the "enter promo code" box at the right top of the page. This box will be visible only if you have already placed products in your shopping cart.


Why isn't my discount code working?

If the discount code you have is not working it may be expired or already used. For more information, please contact customer care through the form in the Contact us section.

I have questions about the size, what can I do?

If you have doubts about your size you can consult our size guide available in the Size Guide section. Here you will find size charts created specifically for each brand, based on information provided directly by the Maison. If you have any doubts or further questions you can contact our customer care using the dedicated form or contact us by phone at 800959373 if you are calling from Italy, or at +39 0474972328 if you are calling from abroad.


Do out-of-stock items come back in stock?

Franz Kraler offers a unique and carefully chosen selection of products, therefore products are not restocked. The products shown in our online shop reflect the availability of products in our warehouse: if a product is out of stock, it will not be available again.


Are your products original?

Franz Kraler is an authorized dealer of all brands featured within our boutiques and online shop. Any product shown and sold is an authentic piece from the most prestigious Maisons in the fashion world.


I received a defective item. What can I do?

In case you have received a defective item, or you think it is defective, you need to contact our customer care via special form in the Contact us section. A dedicated team will verify the reported defect and if it is indeed identified, you will be guided through the return procedure and subsequent refund of the defective product.


Orders

Where is my order?

To track your order's location, simply use the tracking number that we will email you upon shipment, that can also be found within your Personal Area


Is it possible to cancel an order?

It is only possible to cancel an order before the order has been shipped. Once the shipping confirmation e-mail has arrived, the product has already been taken over by the courier, and therefore cancellation is not possible.


What is the processing time for an order?

The processing time for an order is between 3 and 5 business days. Our warehouse works Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 09:00 to 17:30.


Is it possible to modify an order?

You can request to change the details of an order before it is confirmed. After confirmation, which is always notified by email, it will no longer be possible to modify any information.


Is it possible to add an item to an already completed order?

It is not possible to add an item to an already completed order.


Can I collect my order from a boutique?

It is not currently possible to purchase an item online and pick it up at one of our boutiques.


Is it possible to request a gift package?

At the moment, we do not make gift boxes. 


Shipping and Payments

What are the shipping costs?

Delivery is free on all orders above 300€. Shipping costs below this threshold are 10€ for Italy and 20€ for Europe.


Can I change the address of an already completed order?

You cannot change the information of an order that is already completed and confirmed.


What are your payment methods?

At Franz Kraler you can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal or Klarna.


Can I pay by COD or Bank Transfer?

Franz Kraler does not provide cash on delivery or wire transfer payment.


Which courier service do you use?

Franz Kraler uses the DHL service for deliveries.


How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the e-mail confirmation of the shipment.


Are shipments covered by insurance?

All shipments handled by Franz Kraler are covered by insurance that protects the customer in case the package is lost.


Is it possible to ship internationally?

Franz Kraler handles shipments to countries that are part of the European Union. Currently, we do not ship outside the EU. For more information regarding foreign shipments, please contact customer care through the dedicated form in the Contact us section.


What happens if the courier delivers while I am away?

If the recipient of the order is absent at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt a second delivery in the following days. If the recipient is also absent on the second delivery, the package will be returned to our warehouses.


How can I check my shipment status?

If you want to check the status of an order, in the My Order section, by entering the order number and the email on which you want to receive the information, you will be notified of the status of your order.


Returns and Refunds

How can I return an item?

You can return an item directly from your Personal Area or from the Shippings and Returns section. For more information contact customer care through the form provided in the Contact us section.


How can I check my return status?

To track your return you can contact customer care directly from the form provided in the Contact us section. A dedicated team will provide you with all the information you need.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued within 7 days from the date the return is accepted. For more information, please contact customer care through the form provided in the Contact us section.


Is it possible to request a replacement?

Currently, exchanges are not possible. If you need a new size or color, it is advisable to carry out the entire return and refund procedure, then place a new order for the product in the desired color or size.

Can coupons be combined?
